  • How much do our Valuation & Surveys services cost? +

    There are many types and survey, valuation and construction project - please see our Services descriptions for more details. Our costs for these various services do differ considerably depending the estimated value, size, nature and location of your subject property / land. Other factors are also taken into consideration, such how fast you require your report / project delivery, and whether your requested appointment time is out of standard hours. We are of course open to negotiation on our fees, and aim to be competitive wherever possible. Please contact us for a no-obligation chat in the fist instance.
  • What is our refund policy? +

    VALSURV provide a 7 day timeframe from submission of our output work i.e. valuation and / or survey report, upon which you have a reasonable amount of time to review the report and / or service, and express any grievances you may have. In the very unlikely event you may be unhappy with the services provided, then please contact us and we shall expedite our efforts in seeking a swift and acceptable resolution. A copy of our Complaints Handling Procedure is available on request. Your absolute happiness with our services are of paramount importance to us.
  • What payment methods do we accept? +

    VALSURV accept most payment methods. We have a standard business bank account for electronic transfer, which we do encourage our clientele to use as a first instance. However, for those with limited access to technology, and or unfamiliar with technology, then VALSURV also accept cash, and cheque payments. We only accept payment in pound sterling £ / GBP, unless agreed otherwise in our Terms of Business. All transactions will be provided with a receipt upon cleared funds into our account.
  • How do I instruct VALSURV Chartered Surveyors? +

    Once you have contacted VALSURV and received our initial advice upon which type of survey and valuation would suit your requirements, VALSURV then send across their Terms of Business, and Terms of Engagement for you to review and either accept, renegotiate, or decline. Within these discussions we would agree a date, time and access arrangements and would attend site to carry out the inspection. VALSURV then carry out their Valuation, and compile their report, which in turn is duly submitted to you, the client. VALSURV then send their invoice for due payment.
  • Do VALSURV operate outside of standard business hours? +

    Yes. With prior arrangement, VALSURV are willing to accommodate you. We understand that you to will likely be leading a very busy lifestyle, and have business, careers, children, and families affairs to contend with. Situations permitting, please count on VALSURV to see you early in the morning, or late in the evening. Please contact us for more information.

    We are currently focusing on our core service business offering of Valuation, Survey, and Development / Project / Construction Consultancy. We shall be expanding in the near future. Please contact VALSURV in the first instance to see if we can help you - we probably can!

    Whilst we work and collaborate with many other industry professionals, VALSURV are a completely independent Chartered Surveying practice. It's what keeps us agile, and the way we like it!

    There are no career opportunities at VALSURV at present. As we look to expand in line with our natural growth, we shall be taking on more professionals at that time.
